- Accountable for the Programme Management of all Global Supply Chain projects including new product introduction and development, Technical Transfers, Due Diligence, SKU Rationalisation and Continuous Improvement Projects typically supporting >$100M salesrevenue.
- Responsible for managing and coordinating all required supply chain activities to ensure an on time delivery of launch stocks and sustainable future supply at the right quality and cost.
- Engage, liaise and build strong working relationships with global stakeholders at all levels including internal and external customers, supply chain teams and any other cross functional business areas.
- Responsible for ensuring co-ordination internally between the various functions that work to ensure delivery of product with supply chain, quality, regulatory, project management and finance.
- Play a key role in developing innovative end-to-end supply chain solutions to support commercial growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work collaboratively with Customers, Suppliers, Supply Chain teams and other supporting internal functions understanding the market requirements and strategies for New Product registrations and commercialization
- Work closely with Supply Chain Operations, Finance, Technical, Architecture and other internal functions to agree, align and execute all activities required for the supply of New Products, including any agreed prioritization for communication to suppliers.
- Ensure the right representation of Supply Chain through the participation of various Governance Groups.
- Manage other agreed Supply Chain Projects, including SKU optimization life-cycle and supply chain continuous improvement projects.
- Design, implement and monitor systems and processes to ensure effective Supply Chain Management is embedded and carried out within the team.
- Responsible for contract management ensuring that suppliers fully comply with contractual terms. This involves detailed interpretation of contractual requirements, assessment of supplier activities and issue resolution in a manner that protects Mundipharma’sinterests.
- Establish and improve department policies and procedures to ensure 3rd party activities, including supplier relationship management are conducted in the most efficient operation and to maintain the highest levels of customer service.
- Ensure the development of Information Technology strategies to support the needs of the supply chain, its suppliers and customers as well as to support evidence-based decision making.
**Qualifications**
Education
- Degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain or Procurement
Experience
- Project Management within a regulated Industry.
- Experiencing of working within Supply Chain across Planning, Operations and Distribution/Logistics.
- Managing supplier and internal operations
Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge in areas of Supply Chain including Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, Distribution, Logistics, Customer Order Management, Demand Forecasting & Replenishment Planning.
