Responsibility
" To support the Senior Reward Specialist in the implementation, administration and communication of schemes, policies and procedures related to the Reward Strategy.
" To provide advice and guidance on the administrative and operational aspects of pay and reward.
" To manage a portfolio of reward and recognition policy and procedure being responsible for review, design, implementation, communication, and review.
" To have oversight of the Salary Sacrifice schemes and Benefits platform provision, working with the People Administrator (Reward) to ensure efficient processes are in place.
" Develop and maintain a fit for purpose reward data set to facilitate decision making and to support salary decisions, EIA's and procedure reviews.
" To maintain accurate data for annual statutory returns and procedure reviews, undertake research and analysis of workforce data and market information as required.
" To support the Senior Reward Specialist in the implementation of the annual cost of living award, pay benchmarking, market supplements and any salary linked allowances, liaising with the Payroll and Pensions team and other payroll users, communicating thechanges as required.
" Highlight Reward service improvement opportunities and participate in the development and implementation of improvement actions
" Work alongside/with all directorate teams (Recruitment, Servicecentre, Systems & Data, Organisational Development and HRBP/Advisor teams, to ensure that Faculty/Directorates receive a seamless Reward service. Ensure that professional and collaborative workingrelationships are developed with specialist HR teams.
" To co-ordinate small projects, events and staff development activities undertaken by the Senior Reward Specialist and other colleagues within the team.
" Contribute to the ongoing professional development of other colleagues, giving feedback, coaching, and sharing knowledge as appropriate.
" Undertake personal development activities to develop and maintain knowledge to stay up-to-date professionally.
" Undertake such other duties commensurate with the level of post as may be required from time to time.
