A prominent provider of cutting-edge telecommunications solutions is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to champion their people-focused initiatives.This leading company specialises in designing, manufacturing, installing, and maintaining telecommunications solutions for esteemed clients in various sectors. Committed to delivering top-notch support and solutions, they ensure their clients' infrastructure remains the cornerstone of their success.As the HR Manager, you will be at the forefront of HR operations, supporting and advising the Directors and Senior Management Team on all HR-related matters. The HR Manager role requires a candidate with either a CIPD Level 5 qualification or a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced environment. They should possess extensive HR management skills, including a deep understanding of employment law legislation and HR policies. Additionally, familiarity with overseas employment and associated issues would be beneficial.Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the recruitment process to ensure timely and efficient hiring of top talent.
- Managing all HR documentation, from onboarding to offboarding, and facilitating seamless induction processes.
- Conducting background vetting and security checks in compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Proactively maintaining the online HR portal with up-to-date employee documentation.
- Advising and managing visa applications and right to work processes.
- Providing guidance to managers on employee-related matters, including performance management and disciplinary procedures.
- Monitoring and updating HR policies and procedures to align with legislative requirements and best practices.
- Driving the implementation of equality and diversity strategies.
- Overseeing the Employee Wellbeing Programme and strategic HR-led projects.
- Acting as a liaison on all Occupational Health matters and supporting the finance team in payroll review.
