**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the organisation.

**Employee Relations**:

- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries and concerns.
- Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.

**HR Policy and Compliance**:

- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and update policies accordingly.
- Support HR audits and compliance reviews.

**Training and Development**:

- Coordinate training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Identify training needs and assist in the development of training plans.

**Performance Management**:

- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
- Work with managers to address performance-related issues.

**Benefits Administration**:

- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and benefits providers.

**Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Generate reports and analytics related to HR metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the housing or nonprofit sector.
- Solid understanding of HR principles, employment legislation, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with HR software and systems.
- Knowledge of housing association operations and regulations.
- CIPD certification Level 2 or Equivalent

**The package**:
Location: Bradford

Monday To Friday (Flexible)

Part time & Office Based

Hours: 16 hours per week

Between 9:00- 5:00pm

**Please note**: Working pattern of days can be negotiable to suit your needs.

**Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 Per Annum; Pro Rata.**
