**As the successful HR Coordinator your duties will include**:

- Acting as the initial point of contact for any employee queries
- Play a vital role in all recruitment and onboarding processes
- Working with management to arrange and conduct employee reviews
- Identifying and arranging training courses
- Dealing with employee relations issues
- Ensure all sickness absence is monitored
- Regularly updating and recording HR data
- Ensure all HR trackers are updated and maintained
- Support the HR Manager with general administrative duties

**Essential skills required**:

- Previous experience within a HR role
- Knowledge of current HR legislations
- Experience of providing administrative support to a HR team
- IT literate in the use of Microsoft Office
- An effective problem solver
- The ability to prioritise workloads accordingly
