Elevation HR are currently working on an immediate start HR Coordinator role. You will be working for a successful and well-known name in Financial Services. This role is hybrid - and very flexible, you will only need to work in the office 1-2 days a week. The office is based in close proximity to public transport, and has parking close by. This temporary HR role is to cover a Secondment, and there could be the chance for the role to become permanent.

As a HR Coordinator your duties will include but are not limited to:

- You will responsible for the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Conducting pre-employment checks
- Creating contracts of employment and offer letters
- Dealing with employee changes and updating the HR system
- Providing first line guidance to line managers and being the first point of contact for HR queries
- Managing the HR inox
- Ad-hoc HR project work as required
- Previous experience in a HR role
- You must be available on a short notice period, and willing to do a 6 month temporary contract
