**About the role**

As Channel Lead of Manufacturer Programmes at Arval UK, you will be working closely with the Head of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) & Dealer Partnerships. You will be responsible for the commercial performance and development of Arval UKs White Labelchannel. Developing business, supporting new opportunities and animating franchised dealers for two global brands in highly regulated environment makes this a challenging and high profile role.

Channel Lead is a leadership role and will see you leading and motivating our internal and external field based sales teams. You will ensure they continue to maximise all commercial opportunities, meet all contractual service SLAs and so build growth inthe channel.

Your team will look to you to set the tone, pace and objectives, whilst you ensure adherence to regulatory & Group policies remain central to their culture too. Much of your time will be working with your team of Sales Managers, visiting Dealers and hostingmonthly / quarterly reviews with our key OEM partners. You will also work very closely with our internal support and management team. Those relationships will prove vital to your success in this role.

**About You**

With people skills tuned to perfection, you are; switched on, commercially focussed and fluent in the language of sales. Planning for success is deep rooted inside you. Relationships and networking come easily and you will have an engaging presentation stylewith negotiation skills to match.

A background in vehicle leasing is crucial and experience in the Original Equipment Manufacturers / Franchised Dealer environment would be icing on the cake

Most importantly, you are an inspiring role model who is adept at coaching. You will have a proven record of accomplishment in leading successful sales teams. From recruiting and training to developing and motivating, you will have strong evidence to highlightyour success.

Finally, you will be a strategic thinker. Someone able to take a long-term view for the customer and Arval. A keen commercial eye with true financial awareness is required for success in this role. Along with the drive to provide the customer with an incredibleexperience.
