** Nursing Associate - Eating Disorders - Outpatients **
MPFT delivers inpatient and community outpatient adult eating disorders services and is the Lead Provider for the West Midlands Adult Eating Disorder Provider Collaborative. The Provider Collaborative network represents a partnership approach to the redesign of eating disorder pathways across the West Midlands.
Our partnership was recently ‘highly commended’ in the recent HSJ Value Awards and was successfully shortlisted for two further awards for Provider Collaboration of the Year and the National Mental Health Awards.
We are looking to expand our Shropshire community outpatient service through transformation funding and are looking for a Nursing Associate with enthusiasm, drive and with a clinical background to provide high quality, efficient assessment, care planning, treatment and monitoring of patients.
In addition, we are a high achieving Trust and invested in our staff. Our Nursing Strategy regularly identifies development opportunities for the nursing workforce. Supporting this, the Eating Disorder Service offers a clear career path to support our workforce to develop into senior roles both in Leadership and Management and Advanced Clinical Practice.
