An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing Technology firm based in the UK for an experienced HR Workforce Analyst on a 12 month interiM/Fixed term contract.

Working remotely, this role will work as part of an HR project team in a key role in the delivery of multiple changes and transformation projects taking place across the company.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Working with the project team to review current processes and design/develop automated solutions for those that require manual input e.g. headcount reporting.
- Design and develop HR dashboards and people metrics to support forecasting, workforce planning and help contribute to people strategy.
- Design and develop HR reporting to support business processes e.g. on-boarding, workforce planning, HR budgets etc.
- Supporting the HR Project Managers and HR Director in system and process change projects through reporting, creating dashboards and systems.

Experience and skills required include:

- Experience in managing and reporting with HR Information Systems
- Creating meaningful people metrics and dashboards
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience working in an HR Analytics role previously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Ability to work autonomously and show initiative with work

This is a fully remote working contract where you will have support of the HR Project and wider HR team to deliver this integral role during a significant period of change and transformation across the business. The position can be worked on a fixed termcontract on a salary or on an equivalent day rate (inside IR35).
