**Description**
- To be responsible for providing highly complex, highly sensitive workforce information.
- To maintain accurate and efficient running of ESR and SBS E-Pay relating to personal and assignment data, Self Service access, and ESR hierarchy.A
- Act as the organisational expert in the use of ESR and ESR workforce planning tools (e.g. ESR Business Intelligence).
- Develop procedures to ensure that information collated and presented is timely, accurate, and consistent, liaising with Directorates to understand their business needs.
- To provide expert technical advice and support on data availability, data definitions and data validity in order to help senior managers interpret and analyse the data correctly.
- To be the Human Resources departmental lead on the ESR establishment management.
- Validation and quality checking of ESR data, critically analysing data and flagging data irregularities and inconsistencies to service managers.
- Responsible for ESR and E-pay Systems Administration, to maintain Security User Profile (Access) Maintenance and Work structures.
- To share the aims and values of Your Health care and to pledge to contribute to the Organisations success.

**Profile**
- Working knowledge of NHS and current developments
- Experienced and proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite of products, ESR, Business Intelligence.
- Aptitude to pay attention to detail and excellent accuracy
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Good knowledge and understanding of legislation relating to data protection and information governance and the release of confidential information.
- Willingness to undertake any further training and development identified for the effectiveness of this role
- An excellent understanding of current HR and Workforce development best practice and how these relate to HR administration processes and ESR.
