**The Role**:
This would be on a 12 month fixed-term contract covering maternity, however, opportunities may be available for the right person to develop with the company beyond the 12 months.

You would be working closely with a dedicated Area Sales Manager; supporting with all aspects of customer service on key accounts including:

- Handling of key accounts to ensure smooth flowing contracts and continued customer satisfaction.
- Handling of potential customers - dealing with product enquiries and aftersales.
- Managing projects.
- Processing Status reports.
- Raising quotes and orders.
- Portal management.
- Customer forecasting.
- Dealing with all aftersales in the business quickly and efficiently
- Responding to all customer queries/questions quickly and efficiently
- Obtaining and checking specifications for all projects.
- Ensure all relevant KPI reports are 100% accurate and up to date.

- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Be able to solve problems quickly and efficiently
- Have a high level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail
- Be fast, efficient, and well organised
- Be a motivated and positive team player
- Have excellent IT skills
- Have experience in order management.
- Be confident in telephone conversations and dealing with issues quickly

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
