Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Cheltenham.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a degree and a passion for customer experience and communications.

The successful candidate will have the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide exceptional support to the Board Team members.

The salary for this role is approximately £30,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as share options, regular socials, and a cycle to work scheme.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Board Team members on specific activities, including market analysis and project coordination.
  • Attend meetings and provide additional support, ensuring actions are clear and followed up correctly.
  • Ensure board members are informed of activity in a timely manner.
  • Assign enquiries to relevant team members and departments.

Requirements:

  • Degree educated
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
