Role Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service Executive to provide advice and assistance to customers, maximizing the likelihood of a sale. You will be responsible for creating an attractive environment for customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to acquire thorough knowledge of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Ensure high-quality service to customers
    • Approach customers and recommend suitable products or services
    • Lead sales processes from start to finish
    • Manage returns and customer complaints
    • Provide customer service via phone calls
    • Maintain product stock levels and receive inventory
    • Organize and maintain customer databases
    • Participate in corporate events and team activities

    • Balance between customer-oriented and results-driven approaches
    • Patience when dealing with complaints
    • Professionalism and outgoing personality
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
