Based in the heart of Gloucester, the company offers a wide range of both training and consultancy services to clients within many sectors including education, social care, leisure and hospitality and food manufacturing throughout the UK.

Due to continued business growth and expansion we are seeking to recruit a Sales Account Executive to join our bookings team.

What are we looking for?

They should be able to demonstrate excellent administration, IT, organisational skills and have an exceptional telephone manner. Strong communication skills are crucial as the role requires the individual to communicate with customers, prospects, staff and consultants.

Experience with both online and offline systems and processes, including customer relationship management systems is essential.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, conscientious and bubbly individual who prides themselves on attention to detail and who constantly strives to provide a high level of customer service.

Previous experience in working within a sales, training or reservations environment would be advantageous.

The role involves:

- Making daily accountant management calls to exisiting customers to stay in touch and cross sell services.
- Deal with any incoming customer enquiries and prepare customer proposals.
- Carry out daily follow up calls to live enquiries to secure the business.
- Record all communications on our CRM system.
- Follow up on leads from website visitors.
- Carry out daily telesales to identified leads.
- Playing a key role in business development and securing business.
- Carry out course follow up calls to main relationships and enquire about further business.
- Ensure our marketing and training databases are kept up-to-date and accurate.
