Cast UK Limited is recruiting a Commercial Account Executive to manage and grow our commercial accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to leverage their technical expertise and sales acumen to drive company revenue.

About the Role:

This is a key role within our sales team, responsible for managing and growing existing commercial accounts. As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow existing commercial accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and networking.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that meet customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the sales process.

What We Offer:

  • A highly competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum + package.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven track record of success in technical sales roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC products and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals, with a focus on delivering value to customers.
  • Proficiency in analysing sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
