**About Our Client**:

If successful, you could expect the following to be apart of your day to day duties:

- Liaising with clients and providing updates as well as acting as the first point of contact for a claim.
- Investigating claims and payment processing
- Validating claims and policies
- Minimising the duration of the customer's claim process by actively pursuing updates from suppliers and resolving claims as soon as possible.
- Providing great customer service.

**The Successful Applicant**:
Our client are looking for someone who:

- Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Has a strong telephone manner
- Has a prior insurance or FNOL knowledge (desirable but not essential.)
- Is a great team player and possesses great interpersonal skills
- Ability to work confidently toward targets and manage own caseload.
