The Role of Customer Service Advisor/Agent:
You already know what it takes to excel in customer service, but within every company the role varies so here’s a brief overview of the day to day:

- You’ll receive incoming queries from customers, typically those from the Construction industry, where you’ll ensure all the information they give you is correctly uploaded on relevant systems and also acted upon.
- As a new Construction site is being put through the company, more on the company below, you’ll conduct a call with the customer to check any potential risks.
- Chase up clients/customers for paperwork needed.
- Support Surveyors and others within the business from an administration and customer service perspective.

Don’t worry, in return for the support you’ll give the business you’ll also be given lots of support to grow and develop your career.

Working hours 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Who would be right for this role?

To be considered for this customer service role it’s important you’ve had previous customer service experience, which would ideally be in the Construction or Property industry (not essential).
