**Key Responsibilties**: Ensure that confidentiality is maintained at all times, only releasing confidential information during the course of employment to those acting in an official capacity and where appropriate. To provide admin support to car parking at CHFT, dealing with permits, ANPR, Park and Ride To provide general office and administration support to Facilities services. Answer telephone calls in a polite and professional manner, taking accurate messages where appropriate for onward transmission or redirecting to other departments. To carry out general office duties such as data-entry, photocopying, laminating, scanning and shredding.

To support the teams to maintain accurate, timely and legible records. Attend and take part in team meetings and regular reviews with the line manager(s). To maintain the filing system, including e-filing, for the departments. Ensure the security and confidentiality of all records.
