**The Company**

DC21 (Operations) Ltd are specialists in the operation, maintenance, repair, and improvements to Endurance E Series and X Series wind turbines. We pride ourselves in having developed a very strong technical knowledge of the Endurance turbines.

DC21 have been looking after Endurance turbines since 2011 and are the only original UK mainland dealer that hasn’t gone out of business or been sold on. We are responsible for the operation and maintenance of over 100 turbines throughout the UK.

**The Role**

The Admin Assistant will support in the day-to-day operations of DC21 (Operations) Ltd. The role is varied and encompasses all aspects of the office including:

- Assisting in the coordination of wind turbine servicing repairs - filing job reports, updating records, arranging travel and accommodation, communication with customers and staff, arranging deliveries and collections, assisting in hiring equipment.
- Operations and maintenance contract - timely contracts for new and existing customers.
- Purchasing - raising purchase orders for approval, managing stock, processing warranty claims.
- Staff co-ordination - daily tracking and monthly reporting for salaries, organising training.
- Business administration - producing and issuing customer invoices, monitor payments of invoices, chase late payments, supporting accounts assistant with cashflow, ensure insurances are up to date, book vehicle repairs, servicing and MOT’s, manage turbine rents, answer queries, deal with purchase invoices.
- Health and Safety - organise PAT Testing, monitor first aid stock.
- Office management - maintain stationery and cleaning stock, answer phone, manage company waste contracts.

**Required Skills and experience**:

- Strong admin skills with 2+ years’ experience in supporting a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with learning new software systems
- Knowledge/experience of SAGE accounting software would be an advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively to both clients and work colleagues
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
- Able to juggle multiple responsibilities
- A good aptitude for figures
- Excellent telephone manner

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
