Admin Assistant

We are currently looking for an Admin Assistant to work with an education establishment in Huddersfield, HD1. This is a temporary role for 2-3 months.

Working hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm - START ASAP

Hourly rate £11.44 per hour

The core responsibilities for this role are:

  • Booking car parking spaces
  • Dealing with tickets that come in and obtaining updates
  • Attaching service reports to tickets
  • Answering calls
  • Raising Purchase Orders to materials etc
  • Raising new tickets for repair works
  • Other relevant admin tasks

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Understanding of basic IT programmes (Word / Excel) - essential
  • Experience using CAFM system - preferred
  • Ability to communicate comfortably at all levels
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to work under own initiative and under pressure
