This job will require you to work onsite at our office in Skelmanthorpe (South Huddersfield) 5 days per week and will generally be between 9am and 5pm.

Integrate is a growing child mental health organisation based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. We are looking for an administration support officer to join our growing team.

You will report to our Manager on a range of client focussed support tasks, as well as general operations.

Your main duties will include:

- Answering the phone and directing calls the the relevant staff member.
- Support with mail and postage.
- Support with general administrative tasks, including office and supply maintenance.
- Supporting our Manager with an array of queries and administrative issues.
- Providing support on complex service requests and liaising with team members to set this up.
- Supporting potential clients making enquiries.
- Diary Bookings for clinical staff.
- Responding to a range of client queries and process requests.
- Responding to other related and unrelated queries concerning operations, training and/or general operational arrangements.
- Support the operations team with internal development projects.
- Have at least 3 years of administrative experience in a medium to large team.
- Experience in a mental health and/or medical setting is preferable.
- Have an excellent and kind telephone manner.
- Be able to communicate and articulate themselves clearly.
- Be able to work independant as well as within a team setting or directed by senior staff.
- Enjoy engaging with clients.
- Be diligent and focussed on dealing with challenging or complicated feedback from certain clients and resolve any issues.
- Collaborate with the team irrespective of working in the office or from any other location.
- Be proactive in looking to resolve tricky or problematic situations.
- Be tenacious in ensuring tasks get completed.
- Able to work from home or at the office.
- Have strong self-motivation to get the work done.
- Be diligent in documenting progress and communications.
- Be excellent in prioritising demands and workflows.
- Be excellent at communicating openly about challenges and eager to find solutions.

This role requires a DBS certificate, the cost of which we will cover.
