Kaboodle, a leading kitchen appliance installation company are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Stevenage.

As part of the team, you will support our clients by always providing a professional service, ensuring Kaboodle's core values are promoted and always maintained when managing customer relationships. You will also provide customer service support to our retail customers from receipt of order, updating job progress on our order portal and passing over to our Operations team for delivery. Finally, you will provide administration support to our Operations Manager.

Full training will be provided, and you will have the ongoing support of a passionate and friendly team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
- Book customer deliveries and respond to queries
- Update customers on the status of their orders
- Provide various reports for clients in a timely manner
- Monitor Client KPI
- Work with the Sales, Operation & Procurement teams to resolve stock issues
- Build relationships with key stakeholders including Appliance Manufacturers and Retailers, to fully understand their needs and requirements
- Complete projects on Client performance and suggest solutions to improve KPI
- To provide support in the on-boarding of customers onto our portal, the loading of jobs and the updating of project status
- To gain an understanding of our Clients Promotions and spikes in jobs coming up to proactively communicate any issues that are likely to arise
- Any other duties that are appropriate to the role

**What we are looking for**:
**Essential**:

- Previous experience in a customer service capacity
- Excellent attention to detail in both writing and numeracy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience in a sales / customer service capacity
- Evidence of excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Previous stock management experience
- English at GCSE level
- Good IT skills, particularly Excel
