Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
**Salary**: £23,000 - £27,000 per annum
Location: Stevenage
Contract: Permanent, full time
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
COMPANY PROFILE
We are looking for an Client Service Advisor to work within a busy Insurance Company in Stevenage

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Previous customer service / administration experience.
- Proactive, motivated, and great willingness to learn new skills.
- Strong IT skills with Microsoft packages.
- Team player and highly motivated.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Check, issue and process new policies.
- Underwrite scheme policies.
- Ensure all policy administration is managed efficiently.
- Send out renewals and process them.
- Provide a proactive responsive renewal service.
- Maximise all business opportunities making clients aware of alternative products.
