**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Communicate clearly, calmly and politely to a range of employees and employers in the clinic reception, at wellbeing events and on the telephone.
- Maintain confidential occupational health records using an electronic record keeping system, inputting and accessing records accurately in accordance with standard procedures.
- Accurately update records for starters, leavers and where there are changes in personal details.
- Provide general reception duties, welcome visitors, monitor and record attendance, answer queries, book follow up appointments, support clinical colleagues, and ensure efficient use of clinical time and smooth running of clinics.

**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:

- An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:

- Communicating politely, sensitively and professionally.
- Previous experience answering telephone calls with care and efficiency.
- Good time management skills, organised and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
