There are both part time & full vacancies. The salary advertised is for 21 hours (3 days) per week.

As a Customer Service Administrator, your role is to provide an exceptional level of customer service

**Responsibilities**:
- Taking customer’s initial details and logging these on our ticketing system.
- Provide a timely resolution to issues and queries - this includes liaising with Centre and Area Manager’s and other third parties.
- Actively track and manage client interactions by logging all contact into the ticketing system.
- Raising cheques, BACS payments and company vouchers for customers.
- General filing.
**Key Competencies**:
- Experience in a previous customer service role.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to work in a pressurised environment whilst remaining professional
- Organised with attention to detail
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £13,000.00-£15,000.00 per year
