- Daily printing despatch/shipping labels
- Processing customer returns

8am to 4pm, option for extra hours available

**Previous experience and skills**:
**Must have e-commerce experience**

Experience delivering excellent customer service, in an eCommerce environment

Must have Good IT skills. Excel word outlook

Stock control and warehouse experience desirable

**We are looking for**:
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively

An individual with a passion for helping customers

Hard working, efficient, responsible, a fast learner, well organised and punctual

Ability to adapt to work in a fast paced environment
- If you perform well then there will be these wage rises

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 55 per week

- Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 03/06/2024
