Fibreplus Ltd. is the UK’s Premier Distributor for EXFO sales, repair, rental solutions and training operating from our offices in Melksham, Wiltshire.
Due to increasing our sales, we are looking for a recruit determined and ambitious enough to join our team, to support us in doubling our market share. If you have a passion for sales, great customer service and love speaking to new people, we want to hear from you. You must be looking for the opportunity to build a long-term career, not just a job. The role will involve:
- Proactively identify and cultivate potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, social media, referrals and using our existing database.
- Listen attentively to customer requirements, analyze their business goals, and provide tailored solutions to address their specific needs.
- Possess a deep understanding of the products or services offered by Fibreplus Ltd and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and becoming a trusted advisor.
- Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of the products you are offering.
- Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, overcoming objections, and effectively closing opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records including reports, Quotes and invoices.
Competitive Basic between £25,415.00 - £33,150.00 + Commision Pay
