Eastbourne, United Kingdom East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust Full time

The Engagement & Wellbeing team has a part-time, 12 month fixed term contract, to offer to an individual who wishes to support focused work on the psychological wellbeing & safety and retention of our people here at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust.

The post holder provides coordination and administration for all workstreams related to the People Potential remit. This involves being able to manage and handle often very sensitive and confidential information in order for our people to access the most appropriate services to support their psychological wellbeing and safety.

In addition, this role is pivotal in supporting the administrative function of all retention workstreams ongoing within the Trust whilst also assisting the wider Engagement & Wellbeing team if and when required.

A wide range of staff benefits are available to our staff including staff development, enrolment in the NHS pension scheme, auto-enrolment to our Temporary Workforce Service, access to nurseries at EDGH and Conquest, staff restaurants and on-site staff accommodation.

In addition to an internal Occupational Health department, all staff also have access to free psychological support through our confidential Employee Assistance Programme which is available to staff 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Onsite parking is available from only £30 a year.
