Elite Appointments are currently recruiting for a dedicated and efficient Receptionist/Administrator to join this busy company.

Responsibilities include:

- Greet and welcome visitors, providing a professional and friendly first point of contact
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and providing information as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain the company's calendar
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Support various administrative tasks and projects as assigned

You need to have:

- Proven work experience as a receptionist or administrator
- Be able to work alternate Saturdays
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and pleasant demeanor with strong customer service orientation
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative duties
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and discretion
