**Order Processing Customer Service Administrator**
£11.70 per hour

**Job Type**: Full Time, Temporary Ongoing

Location: Tamworth, Office Based

Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5pm

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Efficient order processing and portfolio management
- Proactive contribution to company targets and sales growth
- Effective follow-up on samples, quotations, and promotion communication
- Strategic generation of new business through personal initiatives and marketing efforts
- Systematic use of tools for data management, regular customer visits, and proactive suggestions for sales improvement.

**Skills and experience**
- Conflict resolution and solution-oriented approach for timely customer issue resolution
- Proficient in data entry and administration tasks
- Demonstrated success in customer sales
- Skilled in delivering consultative advice to enhance customer experience and drive sales
- Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills, utilising customer account history for up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
