**Role Overview**:
As a Spare Parts Customer Advisor, you will play a crucial role at Agg-Pro by providing exceptional customer service to the machinery industry. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in identifying and acquiring the right spare parts for their equipment. You will respond to parts inquiries, provide pricing information, process quotes and sales orders, and ensure timely delivery of parts. Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and offering technical expertise will be key to your success. Your dedication to customer satisfaction and your ability to work collaboratively with our team will contribute to the overall growth and success of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently processing quotes, sales orders, and dispatches using internal software, ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping.
- Assisting customers in identifying the specific parts needed for their machines, offering knowledgeable guidance and expertise.
- Ensuring timely ordering and supplying of parts, aligning with stocking levels and customer orders to meet their requirements.
- Regularly updating and maintaining internal stock systems to keep accurate records of inventory levels and availability.
- Managing the completion of delivery and export paperwork for both domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and smooth logistics processes.
