**Relationship Manager - Corporate**

**As our Relationship Manager, you will**
- Manage the client relationship, seek opportunities and determine a strategy to effectively manage the risk and prolong the client life
- Through personal risk expertise, identify and maintain appropriate exit strategies for each client
- Lead and inspire the Relationship Executive Team, to deliver an excellent operational service to the client business through their team
- Promote Bibby Corporate and actively support the New Business Process
- Cross Sell the range of Corporate Products across their portfolio
- Closely monitor all Clients including regular detailed financial analysis

**Your responsibilities as our Relationship Manager will include**:

- Monitor client’s financial performance identifying opportunities and risk
- Support the Relationship Executives, contributing to performance reviews, one to ones, and development reviews
- Develop and maintain own network of business connections in the local area
- Through proactive analysis and understanding of the client business maintains client commitment
- Ensure excellent standards of customer service are implemented and maintained
- Undertake clientfacility reviews, has sound financial understanding

**What we are looking for in our ideal Relationship Manager**:

- A background in the Invoice Finance Industry
- Experience in managing a portfolio of clients
- Customer aervice experience
- Risk and relationship skills
- Attention to detail
- Time management
- The ability to identify and understand the needs of clients
- Good IT skills
- Minimum ABFA Certificate, industry qualification
