The Eco Coffee Company is an environmentally focused business supplying innovative, sustainable products.
We are a fast-growing company and are currently recruiting an Accounts Administrator/book-keeper.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Processing purchase ledger invoices, matching to purchase orders and preparing the payment run
- Completing bank reconciliations
- Reconciling daily sales reports, customer accounts and monitoring aged debtors
- Assisting with monthly journal preparation
- Assisting with month end and year end reports
- Dealing with customer and supplier account requests
**Skills and Experience**:
- Experience and training in Accounts is essential
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- A keen attention to detail
- Computer literate, including all Microsoft Office programs (Training will be given on our specific accounts and CRM software)
- A positive environmental outlook, sharing ideas on how to improve sustainability in the workplace.
- Be able to work well in a group as well as by yourself
- Be able to multi-task comfortably
**Salary and Working Hours**:
- £23,000 - £25,000 basic per annum depending on experience
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am to 4pm
- Company pension scheme
- Casual Dress
- 28 days holiday (incl. bank holidays), with an extra day added each year of service (capped at 35 Days)
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
