**Part-Time Accounts Administrator** required for a well-respected business based in Wimborne. The role is a job share, and therefore it is set days Monday and Tuesday plus cover required for the other persons holiday days, so a degree of flexibility is needed. You will provide administrative support to the Finance Department and manage the Treasury Back Office.

**Key tasks:

- **
- Managing the Purchase Ledger
- Managing the payment of all invoices
- Managing the bank account balances on a daily basis
- Monitor the transactions in/out of the bank accounts and take responsibility for dealing with any related queries and assisting with the resolution of queries
- Identify Prepayments and Accruals
- Make treasury Deal payments

This role would suit someone who has excellent attention to detail and a high standard of customer service. Shows true teamwork and flexibility through active participation in and facilitation of team effectiveness. Is organised and likes planning ,setting daily work plans from objectives and can prioritise key tasks. Finally, you must be totally customer service orientated and be able to listen and understand both internal and external customers and anticipating their needs.

**Qualifications, skills and knowledge:

- Experience of Treasury Back Office
- Financial services background desirable
- Banking experience
- Bookkeeping experience
- Experience of producing reconciliations and managing control accounts
- Experience of Payroll processing
- Good PC skills

**Salary and benefits:

- circa £28,000 pro-rata
- Job share - Monday and Tuesday cannot change these days, 14-16 hours
