**THE ROLE**

Are you ambitious, looking for a challenge and have the competence to design and deliver compelling, engaging content for social media? We want to hear from you

Working hours between 25 - 37 per week, open to flexible working with regular weekly travel to the Chiswick, London office required. This is initially a 12-month contract with the potential to be extended or go permanent.

**MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Build a deep understanding of our culture, ways of working and processes and system landscape.
- Responsible for the employer branding topic to shape and develop the talent acquisition campaigns utilising all tools and resource within Primetals
- Continuously communicate your progress & project status to the Global HR & Marketing departments
- Provide support with your know-how to carry out training sessions for country Recruitment ambassadors and thereby optimize existing and new processes and projects.

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Experience in content creation, social media platforms and marketing concepts required. Employer brand experience would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written form
- Proficient in MS Office with experience with CRM systems, Share Point and social media platforms
- Proactive, self-motivated, and resilient
- Team player with a strong ethic of taking ownership

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**

Due to communicating with colleagues across the world, flexibility will be required for MS Teams meetings on occasion outside of normal office hours.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
