Job Description

Are you currently a marketing, communication or digital recruiter (not tech / IT) who is looking for your next move?


Emr is 30-years old this year and we are recruiting for a highly ambitious recruiter to help grow our marketing & communications business. This will be a warm desk


Responsibilities:

  • Be the go to person for all contract or permanent roles at emr
  • Proactively build relationships with decision makers in the marketing industry
  • Source candidates for live roles through use of linkedin, database and from warm candidates
  • Key account management with existing and new clients through regular communication and client visits.
  • New business development through a variety of BD techniques, generating new jobs to ensure ongoing revenue opportunities for you and the wider business
  • Negotiate fee rates in line with the company authority matrix
  • Write and place effective recruitment advertisements
  • Engage with your network to promote and support business initiatives, such as events
  • Build a senior candidate network
  • Meet sales/NFI targets in line with the business plan, personal objectives and monthly 1:1 meeting with manager
  • Involvement in client pitches with support from management when necessary


Requirements:

  • Ideally 1-2 years + experience in marketing or digital recruitment (Not IT please)
  • Natural competitive spirit & commercial acumen
  • Money motivated
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Demonstrable evidence of where you have excelled in a particular field/skill.


£35-45,000 + excellent bonus scheme - NO THRESHOLD - No catches - Unlike our competitors
