An excellent opportunity has arisen for a reliable and committed Sales Receptionist.

We are looking for a highly motivated, well
- spoken and well-mannered individual to join our existing customer service team here at our London based food manufacturing company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Provide information to callers and visitors about the company and its services.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
- Receive,sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Manage a clean and organised office area.
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Call our existing customer to take their orders for next day delivery.
- Raise invoices and chase for any outstanding balance.
- Be available to work from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
- Process sales/ purchase requests and log customer queries using the relevant in-house operating systems and payment processing machines.
- Develop a sound understanding of our product range, and be able to effectively promote our product range, and be able to effectively promote our products to new and existing customers.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Build and maintain positive relations with existing and new customers.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,928.00-£28,080.00 per year
