**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Receptionist with a passion for sales to join our team. As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and lasting impression. In addition to your receptionist duties, you will utilize your excellent communication skills to engage and convert potential leads into satisfied clients through outbound calls.

**Job Duties**:
As a Receptionist with Call Sales Responsibilities at Cosme Docs, you will:

- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule appointments, ensuring an efficient and organized booking system.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects our clinic's aesthetic and brand image.
- Manage client intake forms and ensure all necessary information is collected and entered into the system accurately.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and manage financial transactions using our electronic systems.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth flow of appointments and exceptional client experiences.
- Maintain and update client records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Initiate outbound calls to potential leads who have expressed interest in our services.
- Utilize persuasive communication techniques to engage leads, address their queries, and ultimately convert them into booked appointments.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and goals while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on our services, procedures, and sales techniques.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist role or customer service position is required.
- Proven track record of successful sales or call center experience is highly advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using electronic scheduling and payment systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
- Familiarity with aesthetic procedures and treatments is a plus.
- High level of empathy and ability to create meaningful connections with clients.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is preferred.
