Contracts Administrator

**Job Introduction**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join our team in Portsmouth to provide general administrative assistance to the operations team, manage public and client enquiries via the CHAIN system.
**Main Responsibility**:
You will take minutes for the department and client meetings as required. You will be responsible for collating data and producing weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner. You will submit road closure notices, send letters as required and maintain a log of letters and associated actions. You will provide assistance and holiday cover for the Street lighting Administrator and organise arrange and oversee unit training requirements
We are looking for a confident Administrator who has strong customer service skills, great communication skills and a good understanding of IT systems. You will be good at record keeping and have experience of prioritising time critical work. You will be a team player with professional mannerisms and attention to detail.
You will have strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word, Excel & Outlook, a professional Telephone manner and the ability to work with all levels of staff.
