HR Administrator

Our business is experiencing an exciting period of growth. As a result, we are looking for a proactive HR administrator.
The administrator role sits within the HR team and supports, along with another administrator, two HR Advisors, the HR Business Partner and Head of department.
You will assist with a range of tasks, such as:
- You will be the first point of contact for HR administrative queries
- Prepare HR documentations which includes contracts of employment, offer packs and referencing;
- Keep the HRIS systems updated with staff joining and leaving and update relevant departments and supplementary systems
- Manage holiday and absence reporting
- Ensure HR records and employee files are accurate
- Get involved with note taking at meetings, which could be team meetings, disciplinary/ grievance meetings etc
- Own HR information and run reports daily, weekly, monthly for the department and managers on mandated training, absence, recruitment
- Obtaining information from department leads and compiling reporting documents for internal and external meetings
- Ensuring reporting is completed to time and schedule
- Administrative support to the teams as required
- Departmental interface with Base Security to facilitate temporary passes for visitors
- Manage inductions for new starters and ensure security passes, clearance and IT is available
To succeed, you will ideally have:
- HR Administration experience
- Be proficient in the use of excel and word
- Effective communication and problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to prioritise workload and multi-task in a busy and varied role
It would be desirable if you have:
- Knowledge and experience in using LinkedIn and Indeed packages and recruitment administration experience
**Qualifications & Memberships**:
It is desirable if you have started or are willing to study towards level 3/ 5 CIPD
