We have a fantastic new opportunity to join us as our People Team Administrator. As our People Team Administrator you will manage day to day administration tasks for the People Team at Iglu in a timely and accurate manner. Reporting to the HR Business Partner but taking instruction from all areas of the People Team they will take responsibility for administration of the department.

This will include being a point of contact for any HR enquiries but also liaising with internal and external stakeholders for the business. The holder will have administrator rights in our HRIS, people team drive, and the HR inbox and must be knowledgeable about and adhere to GDPR regulations.

**About Iglu**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administrate new starter process - liaise with IT and facilities, create new starter paperwork, update HRIS records and create new hire packs,
- Book travel and accommodation for inductions,
- Deliver inductions with the HR Advisor and HR Business Partner,
- Log and maintain all HR records in our HRIS including; employee records, employee changes, sickness absence,
- Process all types of leave to policy and legal guidelines,
- Adminintrate offboarding process including liaising with IT department and closing off HRIS,
- Ensure GDPR compliance in all data handling,
- Administrate payroll in partnership with the HR advisor,
- Generate letters to a professional standard in a timely manner,
- Minute taking in formal meetings,
- Full back end administration rights to HRIS to configure the system to match our needs, write and run reports and review for data accuracy,
- Monitor probation periods, trial periods, advising line management of deadlines and process,
- Advising employees and line managers on our policies in the first instance and referring them to the HR Advisor and HR Business Partner where appropriate,
- Ad Hoc recruitment, and wellbeing tasks as appropriate,
- Point of contact for day to day office and facilities tasks.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Communication Skills are essential. Must be able to communicate confidently verbally and in written English,
- Strong attention to detail,
- Excellent computer literacy,
- Planning and organising,
- Basic understanding of HR procedures is an advantage,
- Administration experience in a fast paced environment,
- System administration experience valuable but not essential.
