**The role**

We are looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Executive to play a fundamental role in the day to day management of our social channels focusing on Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok. As a member of our expanding Marketing team, your day-to-day activities will involve creating and executing the social media strategy for the brand with the aim to drive fan growth and increase traffic to site.

**What You'll Be Doing at Gee**:

- Work with the team to support driving the Social Media Strategy and be responsible for executing growth across all key channels, focusing on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Confident in creating industry leading content on high profile and ambassador shoots. Experience in working in similar environments is preferred. This role will need to independently undertake content creation on shoots and represent the gee team efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate and manage content shoots from concept to execution, planning a content calendar.
- Responsible for ensuring social media posts are being delivered effectively - on the right channels, to the right audience at the right time and always delivering the gee brand and tone of voice to a high standard.
- Working with the creative team in devising and executing wider campaigns on social media to increase reach, drive fan growth and traffic to site.
- Confident in communicating with influencers/external brands to create unique content for all social platforms.
- Identify new platform opportunities and content streams to help grow our brand awareness and reach.
- Proficient in Canva to craft visually appealing and on-brand graphics.
- Use data-driven insights to measure KPIs and demonstrate continuous improvement. Work towards goals. Utilise spreadsheets to measure and analyse the success of marketing efforts, identifying key areas for growth.
- Create brand content for various marketing platforms, newsletters, PR, blogs and both organic and paid social media.

**More about you**
- Experience in a Social Media Executive role
- Social video skills or basic videographer, photography and editing skills
- Creative flair and an eye for great imagery
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Passion for social media, a frequent user and thorough knowledge and understanding of all key platforms
- Knowledge of using social equipment for shoots/events
- Experience using social content management tools and social listening platforms
- Experience with other marketing platforms including newsletters, PR, and blogs
- Canva
- Final Cut Pro
- Microsoft Excel
- Google Analytics
