Content Creator / Social Media Coordinator

Located minutes away from Manchester airport, we are a private dental practice run by award
- winning dentist Dr Stephen Dodd. Dr Dodd’s flair for cosmetic dentistry and experience has made Ringway Dental the go-to practice for patients looking to improve their smile.

Ringway Dental is breaking the mold in traditional dentistry.
The Role
- **A creative and strategic flair are key to this role.**_

Ringway Dental is looking for a fun, talented and savvy marketeer to join our growing private dental practice.

Organic campaigns - understanding how to build a brand on social media and engage with target audiences, including managing our Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts. You must be confident in curating engaging content including reels and be a social media natural - skilled and savvy.
- **Iphone content, creative thinking, understanding of current trends on popular platforms is what Ringway are looking for.**_
The Responsibilities
- Your role will involve maintaining, creating, and editing specific media for social campaigns across a variety of platforms alongside creating captivating short visual content, across our social media outlets.
- Producing engaging video content daily that reaches key audiences and generates leads.
- Keeping **up to date with key social trends**/viral video content and using your creativity to identify how you could adapt it for use on our channels.
- **Communicating **with followers / **responding **to comments.
- Focus on the **management of our influencer strategy.**:

- Meetings to schedule ‘**What, When and How**’ strategies for content creation and timely publication.
- **Monitor and report performance **of social media content.
- Liaise with the team and patients, identifying opportunities and creating case studies.
- A degree qualification - preferably in a related area e.g., social media. marketing etc
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Effectively plan and think ahead.
- Plan events - open days, Christmas etc
- Ability to shoot amazing content on an IPHONE - will require seeing a portfolio of previous work.
- Have a thorough understanding of current trends on TIK TOK, INSTA, FB etc.

Excellent knowledge of all social media platforms and paid marketing strategies
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator & Premier Pro
- Ability to **manage & organise your own workload **and think creatively.
- **Some **photography/videography experience is **not essential.**:

- Outgoing, high-energy personality able to liaise with team members and patients.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research tools
