**Job Title: Content Creator Apprentice at Gee Hair**

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and passionate Content Creator Apprentice to join our expanding team.

If you possess impeccable writing skills, a keen interest in videos/images, and a love for social media, celebrities, hair, beauty, and fashion, this opportunity is tailor-made for you. Whether you already create content as a hobby or for income, we invite you to bring your unique style and aesthetic to our team.

This one-year journey will culminate in a Level 3 Content Creator qualification, a year's worth of experience in a fast-paced e-commerce brand, and a graduation ceremony.

Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll master all aspects of content marketing, from blogs and social media to newsletters, press releases, and beyond.

Craft compelling content, participate in real-life hair shoots, learn photography direction, lighting, and acquire the skills to edit videos professionally.

Manage social media accounts with over 200,000 followers, and contribute to building brand awareness and loyalty.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating on innovative ideas, conceptualising and planning captivating content concepts, presenting and strategising with the marketing team, and analysing and optimising campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.

If you already have writing projects, hobby photography/videography, Instagram accounts, websites, or blogs showcasing your creativity, we'd love to see them along with your CV.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Craft Compelling Content**: Utilise your videography or photography skills to create engaging video and photographic content across various platforms, consistently captivating our audience.
- **Manage Social Media Accounts**: Take an active role in managing our social media accounts, contributing to building brand awareness and loyalty.
- **Collaborate and Innovate**: Contribute to brainstorming sessions, generating innovative ideas aligning with our audience and brand identity.
- **Conceptualise and Plan**: Research, plan, and create captivating content concepts tailored to various platforms, ensuring maximum impact and relevance.
- **Present and Strategise**: Showcase your creative content and digital marketing strategies to drive our brand's success.
- **Analysis and Optimisation**: Utilise tools like Google Analytics to track and report the performance of content and digital marketing campaigns.
- **Stay Ahead of Trends**: Stay current with emerging social media platforms, technologies, and digital marketing trends.
- **Drive Engagement**: Implement effective content strategies to increase traffic and enhance our online presence.
- **Support Content Marketing Strategies**: Contribute to content marketing across various channels, including social media, website, blog, SEO, newsletters, press releases, and more.

**Entry Requirements**:

- A-C (4-9) English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent.

**Training to be Provided**:
This apprenticeship combines work and learning with a study day once a week, leading to a Level 3 Content Creator qualification and a graduation at the end of the year.

**Things to Consider**:
