Completion of agreed number of Purchase Ledger invoices per week and processing of subcontractor payments to agreed time schedule.

**Client Details**

This client is based in Bridgend, South Wales. They're a successful company in the property industry. This is a great opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join the team.

**Description**
- Ensure all purchase ledger invoices are coded to the appropriate P&L
- Correctly match all purchase orders against goods receipts
- Closure of month end including ensuring all invoices have been posted / accrued
- Ensure that supplier statement reconciliations are completed within agreed timeframes
- Review GRNI variance report
- Investigate any material differences and escalate to the relevant supplier
- Accurate and timely processing of subcontractor payments
- Supporting audit requirements as necessary
- Abide by the Company's Health, Safety, Environment and Quality policies, procedures and statutory requirements; and undertake such health and safety training as may be required.
- Participate in any mandatory/required training activities as relevant.
