As the Administrator you will be an essential part of the day to day operations of the business.

**Client Details**

My client is a well established engineering business based in Bridgend and RCT.

**Description**

The key responsibilities are as follows:

- Answering all incoming calls to the office
- General admin responsibilities
- Scanning & Organising documentation
- Set up of new projects, folder creation, monitoring documentation, liaising with site and commercial team
- Assisting with Manuals
- Assisting with invoice processing for accounts department
- Liaising with subcontractors - assisting with queries and documentation
- Assisting with Customer Care

**Profile**
- Extremely organised with great attention to detail
- Very computer literate (we are a near paperless admin department)
- Great communication skills and confidence with dealing with clients, supplier, customers and subcontractors
- Good team player - happy to assist with others within the admin department and willingness to extend help to all other individuals within the organisation

**Job Offer**
- Full Time - Permanent
- £22k-25k per annum
- 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday
- Fully office based (Bridgend)
- 20 Days AL + bank holiday - rising to 25 days
- Salary will meet the Living Wage (Living Wage Employer). £10.90/hr +
- Depending on experience, salary may exceed this.
