We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join an Administration team in Bridgend. This is a permanent position, making it a particularly exciting opportunity for applicants.

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

- Previous experience in providing high-quality administration support
- Experience of utilising a range of IT programs and maintaining database systems.
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Packages (Excel, Outlook and Word)
- Numerate with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrates organisational skills to manage time effectively, meeting objectives and deadlines
- Excellent customer service
- Data management skills
- Strong and effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, personable and a team player
- Copes well under pressure whilst working to tight deadlines
- Be comfortable working alone and also in a small team.
- Able to demonstrate initiative

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Answering calls, welcoming visitors, receiving post and deliveries.
- Scanning, photocopying and filing
- Data Processing & Record Keeping
- Researching and Booking flights
- Researching accommodation and travel
- Assist with the smooth day to day running of the department
- Ad hoc duties

The role requires a minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above to include English and Mathematics.
A levels or NVQ level 3 or above (in HR, Finance or Administration) are an advantage.
Office Experience would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year, 33 Days Holiday, Pension
