Reporting to: Senior HR Advisor

Employment Type: Full-time temporary (fixed term - approx. 9 - 12 months)

What you will be doing?

As the HR Officer, you will report to the Senior HR Advisor supporting the team in Dungannon deliver on their people strategy in collaboration with the wide team of experienced HR professionals. You will be responsible for all aspects of HR, including employee relations, recruitment, payroll, and DEI.

Responsibilities will include;
- Weekly payroll
- Administration of weekly payroll using Softworks system including running reports, manual variations and queries
- Support performance/pay review process
- Recruitment & Selection
- Administration of recruitment paperwork including offer letters and contracts.
- Employee relations
- Support managers in accordance with the Company’s Handbook including Disciplinary & Dismissal Procedure and Grievance procedure.
- General HR support
- Ensure accurate filing and maintenance of personnel files

A bit about you

It is essential that you have HR experience having previously worked within a manufacturing environment. You should have experience dealing with employee relations, recruitment, and team member queries. You will be adept at working in a fast-paced environment with ability to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities without losing focus on data accuracy.
