Bradford, United Kingdom Dixons Academies Trust Full time

**We are seeking to appoint an exceptional HR Advisor to join our multi-academy trust (MAT) and support our Shared Services team through the next phase of growth in Leeds, Bradford, Manchester and Liverpool.**

The Dixons Academies Trust is a rapidly expanding family of 17 schools serving the communities of Leeds, Bradford, Manchester and Liverpool. The Dixons Central team includes experts from a range of professional backgrounds, who work together to provide an outstanding service to our Academies.

Whilst the post can be based at any of our North West academies and will principally support our academies in Liverpool and Manchester; the ability to travel to all of our academies, including those in Bradford and Leeds, is an essential requirement of the post.
- Have experience of delivering solution focussed HR advice and guidance at all levels, including senior leaders
- Have knowledge and experience of supporting effective performance management
- Have the confidence and knowledge to support senior leaders in managing change in our academies and shared services
- Have a strong moral purpose and drive for improvement.
- Have excellent communication and influencing skills.
