The Safety Maintenance Company is a Health & Safety Training company based in Pudsey, Leeds. We deliver accredited training to the construction, manufacturing and education sectors at our Leeds and Derby training centres as well as on site throughout the UK.

We work with a wide range of clients from large construction companies to Universities and local councils.

The working hours are 07:45 - 16:45 Monday - Friday.

The position advertised entails:

- Answering incoming calls and speaking to customers
- Dealing with customer queries
- Management of course paperwork
- Liasing with accrediting bodies with regards to training courses
- Issuing & controlling paperwork for governing bodies
- Preparing the classrooms for all training courses
- Taking courses bookings and payments
- Management of all incoming and outgoing post
- Invigilating CSCS examinations
- Greeting customers
- Working within the operations team
- Supporting the sales team and Directors
